Harriett Miller Halmon

Harriett Miller Halmon graduated from Georgetown University Law School and was licensed to practice in Tennessee April, 1977. She retired as Chief of the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office where she was responsible for management of the division which included handling the most complex EEO cases, personal injury defense, medical malpractice and other civil cases against the United States. Her experience also includes Peripheral Duty EEO Counselor and EEO Mediator for the Department of Justice, Executive Office of United States Attorneys.
Attorney Halmon is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator; a Certified EEO Counselor, Investigator and Mediator; and a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is also licensed to practice in Georgia.
